exercise-logging
OfficialLog workouts fast & get practical feedback
System Documentation
What problem does it solve?
Tracks workouts and exercise, estimates calories burned, and gives practical fitness feedback. Use when user logs a workout, describes physical activity, uploads a fitness tracker screenshot, or mentions exercise they did. Trigger phrases include "I ran...", "I did...", "just finished...", "log my workout", "went to the gym", "played basketball", "walked for...", "swam...", "lifted weights" (and equivalents in any language). Even casual mentions of physical activity ("took the stairs", "biked to work", "went for a stroll") should trigger this skill. Also trigger when user uploads or pastes data from fitness devices (Apple Watch, Garmin, Strava, etc.) or asks for a weekly exercise summary. When in doubt about whether something is an exercise log, trigger anyway — it's better to ask than to miss a log.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Log and categorize workouts and activities from natural language or device data
- Estimate calories burned using MET-based calculations and provide goal-aligned feedback
- Generate weekly summaries and support multi-activity logs (e.g., run + stretch)
Quick Start
