This Skill enables teams to generate comprehensive test suites directly from a feature's technical design, removing the guesswork and rework associated with test-first development.

Quick Start
Use after a Technical Design is published for a feature. Provide input with the feature_id, technical_design_link, and specification_link. The skill will create a tests/ directory with the created tests and a baseline status.
