What problem does it solve?
This Skill automates the creation of a comprehensive technical design for a single feature by fetching feature data, consulting the specification, researching best practices, and compiling a two-part design document.

- Unified design flow: Query the feature board, read the specification, and synthesize a complete technical design.
- Two-part document generation: Produce Part 1 (Agent-Facing Summary) and Part 2 (Implementation Guide) to guide both AI agents and human developers.
- Template-driven: Use established design templates and design-principles references to ensure consistency.
- Project-wide integration: Output is stored at x-ipe-docs/requirements/FEATURE-XXX/technical-design.md and tied to feature_id.
Quick Start
Provide a feature_id and the path to its specification. The skill will generate the technical design document and place it under the feature's requirements folder.
