What problem does it solve?

Automatically scaffold ROS 2 packages (C++/Python) following the Antigravity architecture, standardizing structure, linting, and tooling setup to reduce boilerplate.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Automatically generate ament_cmake or ament_python package scaffolds with conventional ROS 2 layout.
  • Add and align linting/formatting tooling (.clang-format), and adjust CMakeLists.txt to enable ament_lint_auto, while preserving ROS 2 conventions.
  • Create an interface package antgravity_interfaces with rosidl definitions, removing default src/include and configuring generation for messages, services, and actions.
  • Ensure Python package templates include setup.cfg with preserved ROS 2 sections for develop/install, and include a test/ directory with lint/test scripts.

Quick Start

Tell the Agent to scaffold a new ROS 2 package using the Antigravity blueprint for C++ or Python.
