What problem does it solve?

Welfare service providers and their feedback are often scattered across heterogeneous data sources. This Skill unifies provider data (ServiceProvider) and feedback (ProviderFeedback) in a Neo4j graph using reusable Cypher templates, enabling consistent searches, linking, and analysis.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Unified data model: handles both camelCase and snake_case fields, enabling robust cross-format querying.
  • Flexible search: filter by service type, city, and keywords, while surfacing provider details and feedback metadata.
  • Feedback management: attach, summarize, and assess provider feedback to support quality improvement.

Quick Start

Run the provided Cypher templates against your Neo4j MCP instance to begin exploring providers and feedback.
