生活保護受給者の尊厳を守りつつ、複雑な支援ニーズと経済的リスクを統合的に管理するためのデータ基盤を提供します。7本柱モデルに基づく情報設計とSafety First方針により、二次被害の防止と適切な介入の優先順位付けを実現します。
Core Features & Use Cases
- 7本柱モデルに基づく Recipient 中心のデータ構造を Neo4j グラフデータベースで運用し、ケース記録、強み・課題、社会的ネットワーク、法的・金銭リスクなどを横断して可視化します。
- 汎用neo4j MCP ツールを介してCypherクエリを安全に実行・登録を行い、ケースワーカーの意思決定を支援します。
- 緊急時の Safety First、NgApproach、EconomicRisk の優先表示と、情報の適切な変換・共有ルールを提供します。
Quick Start
Clone the repo, run setup.sh to initialize Neo4j and MCP, then connect Claude to the MCP server and begin querying by recipient name.
