What problem does it solve?
Converts raw analyze_process_stability outputs into a publication-quality, dark-themed cycle time scatterplot so teams can quickly spot outliers, process shifts, and overall system health without manual chart assembly.

- Cycle Time Scatterplot with XmR: Plots individual completed-item cycle times by completion date with XmR mean and UNPL reference lines and annotated signals (outliers and shifts).
- Stratified Views and Summaries: Toggle Overall/Story/Activity/Bug, show per-type XmR limits, Stability Index, expected P50, and mini-type scatterplots for comparative analysis.
- Readable UI Elements: Includes SI-based status badges, outlier/shift count badges, stat cards, custom tooltips with Jira keys, and a manual legend optimized for a dark theme.
