What problem does it solve?

This Skill produces a dark-themed Recharts scatterplot that exposes long-term changes in cycle time distributions by grouping historical cycle times into monthly subgroups and applying XmR analysis to subgroup averages, making process shifts, outliers, and subgroup-level trends visible and actionable.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Renders a Three-Way Control Chart: jittered individual item scatter points per month and disconnected horizontal average bars for each monthly subgroup.
• Highlights process shifts with shaded shift zones, flags points and bars above the UNPL, and draws X̄ and UNPL reference lines with proper color/dash semantics.
• Supports a linear versus log scale toggle, allowDataOverflow for clipped renderings, custom AvgBarShape pairing logic, header stat cards and badges, legend groups, and a three-section footer for interpretation guidance.
