Re-score an existing idea's ICE rating when circumstances change or priorities shift, ensuring the backlog reflects up-to-date value and feasibility.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Reads backlog files (01_IDEAS.md and 02_USER_STORIES.md) to locate the target IDEA-NNN.
• Recomputes ICE scores (Impact, Confidence, Effort) and updates status per governance rules.
• Updates the backlog in place with the new ICE total, date, and any status changes while preserving existing fields.

Quick Start

Provide the IDEA-NNN identifier (e.g., IDEA-123) to re-score the idea and update the backlog accordingly.
