What problem does it solve?

Capture raw feature ideas and structure them with ICE scoring, enabling fast backlog growth and prioritization.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Auto-create backlog files if missing (IDEAS.md and USER_STORIES.md) with proper headers.
  • Capture an idea description from user input, assign an IDEA-NNN ID, log source, and date.
  • Compute ICE score (Impact, Confidence, Effort) and determine status for auto-defer or scoring, then append to backlog.
  • Provide a structured result summary with the ICE breakdown and priority tier.
