Quick Start
- Set your OURA_API_TOKEN environment variable: export OURA_API_TOKEN="your_token_here"
- Basic usage to fetch a weekly summary: python {baseDir}/scripts/summary.py --days 7
- Generate a weekly report: python {baseDir}/scripts/weekly_report.py --days 7
- Optional: enable alerting to Telegram (set TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN and TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID).
