What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the creation of foundational steering documents for new or existing workspaces by analyzing codebases, standardizing governance, and saving time spent on manual document drafting.

Quick Start

Run the steering generator to produce the three foundational documents for the current workspace. The tool writes outputs to both the local workspace (.gemini/steering/) and the knowledge base (~/.gemini/knowledge/steering/{workspace-name}/); Context is updated automatically after interactions.
