What problem does it solve?

I3D files are GIANTS Engine XML-based scenes whose structure, nodes, materials and attributes can be difficult to read and debug without a reference guide.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Reference the I3D node types, attributes, and scene graph structure (TransformGroup, Shape, Material, etc.).
  • Explain collision flags, user attributes, and path indexing to locate nodes in the Scene.
  • Use Case: A modder reviews an .i3d to identify the root and child nodes, verify material references, and fix broken node paths.

Quick Start

Open an I3D file in your editor, review the scene graph to locate nodes, materials, and shapes, and verify their references.
