What problem does it solve?
Epic completion review verifies that the combined implementation across all epic tasks satisfies the spec requirements. It is not a code quality review; it ensures the spec intent is fully realized before shipping.

Quick Start
Run the epic review workflow for a specific epic, for example: /flow-next:epic-review fn-1. Follow prompts to select backend, gather context, and trigger the re-review loop until SHIP.
