  • Query & Reporting: Retrieve tasks by task_id, status, skill, or assignee and generate quick reports.
  • Board Integrity & Quick Stats: Validate consistency and reconcile counts across Active, Completed, and Cancelled sections.

Quick Start

Ask the skill to locate the task board, initialize it if missing, create a first task with Task ID TASK-001, assign to a role, set status to pending, and link to the next task type as appropriate.
