Workspace planning organizes project schedules in YAML, bridging module delivery with OpenSpec changes and Yunxiao work items to provide a single source of truth for progress, milestones, and risk across the team.

Quick Start

Create a new project schedule by describing its timeline and modules, and I will generate planning/schedules/<project>.yaml with an empty modules list.
