What problem does it solve?

This skill records a structured approval request for actions that require human review under governance constraints.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Structured input capture for context, session_id, approval_id, summary, and optional fields (details, due_by, artifacts, notes, requested_by, approver_role).
  • Deterministic, auditable output written to runtime/contexts/<context>/approvals/<session_id>.<approval_id>.approval.md with status pending and duplicate-checking.
  • U.Work integration: emits a telemetry log via telemetry/log-work when available to keep audit trails.

Quick Start

To create an approval request, provide required inputs (context, session_id, approval_id, summary) and optional data as needed. Example: context: AgentWorkflow, session_id: AW-0007, approval_id: schema-change, summary: "Request approval for schema updates", requested_by: strategist, approver_role: human
