What problem does it solve?
Enables proactive monitoring of workers and queues, with safe auto-scaling up to four workers to maintain throughput.

- Queue health: check Redis/RQ status and scale as needed

- Wait-for-completion patterns: wait until all jobs finish
Quick Start
Use inv core.rq-status to inspect queue health, and inv core.ws to adjust worker capacity.
