What problem does it solve?

This Skill records the user’s input and the AI’s responses during a session to preserve a complete, replayable trace of the conversation for debugging and reproducibility.

  • Prompt logging: Save user prompts and corresponding AI outputs to a time-stamped markdown file.
  • Reproducibility: Enables exact replay of sessions for PR reviews or audits.
  • Reference and context: Include clarifications or follow-up questions.

Quick Start

Write the prompt log to ~/.claude/prompt-log/${repo_name}/${date time prefix}_$description.md. Asia/Tokyo time is used.
