What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you capture newly learned insights about repository structure, rules, and decisions during a session, and records them in a centralized knowledge base to close the gap between what you think and what is actually the code expresses.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Knowledge capture: Write down ideas about project structure, design intent, and implicit rules discovered from code during the conversation.
  • Gap analysis: Highlight discrepancies between your mental model and the codebase.
  • Knowledge base for the team: Logs stored under ~/.claude/knowledge/${repo_name}/${date time prefix}_$description.md for easy reference.

Quick Start

During a session, provide a short description of the new insight and trigger the log. The log will be saved to ~/.claude/knowledge/${repo_name}/${date time prefix}_<description>.md with Asia/Tokyo time.
