Automates the weekly digest of skill pipeline activity by reading backlog data and trigger logs, then posting a structured summary to Discord.

  • Staleness and backlog insights: Detects stale skills (no triggers in 30+ days) and highlights raw/ready backlog ideas for review.
  • Pipeline health metrics: Computes registry health metrics (total skills, built count, backlog size, conversion rate, average time to build) for governance and planning.

Quick Start

Configure the cron job to run every Sunday at 9:00 UTC and verify the backlog and trigger data sources are accessible.
