What problem does it solve?
This Skill streamlines the initial, repetitive steps of weekly report generation, such as creating week-specific folders, finding critical emails from key contacts, and downloading all necessary attachments. It saves significant time (15-20 minutes per week) and ensures consistency in setting up the reporting environment.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Automated Folder Creation: Automatically calculates the current fiscal week and creates the correct "Week XX" folder structure in your
Weekly Reportsdirectory. - Targeted Email Search: Finds weekly report emails from key contacts (N2, N3, Gloria, S&W, Epiroc BEV) across all Outlook subfolders using robust sender and subject keyword matching.
- Attachment Download: Downloads all relevant file attachments (skipping inline images) from identified emails directly into the correct week folder, preserving original filenames.
- N2 HEAL Prep: Saves the N2 email body as a raw text file, preparing it for subsequent AI parsing into a structured HEAL page.
- Use Case: At the start of each week, a user can simply say "/weekly-report-setup" to Claude. The AI will then automatically set up the week's report folder, find all necessary emails, download attachments, and prepare the N2 HEAL data, saving valuable time and ensuring a consistent start to the reporting cycle.
