What problem does it solve?
This Skill provides a type-safe, low-boilerplate interface for interacting with Ethereum networks using Viem. It reduces boilerplate around transacting, reading state, and encoding/decoding contracts by exposing PublicClient, WalletClient, and related primitives in a cohesive, TS-first API.
