This Skill automates turning lecture or presentation videos into text-based outputs (transcripts, outlines, and full articles), saving hours of manual transcription and drafting.

Quick Start
Start with your video in the current folder (e.g., video.mp4). If you have a YouTube link, use the provided download script to fetch it as video.mp4, or use your own file. Then run the audio extraction to produce audio.mp3, followed by transcription with the language code of the talk (e.g., en). Finally, run the output generation steps to create:
- generated-transcript.txt
- generated-transcript-cleaned.md
- generated-transcript-readable.md
- generated-transcript-outline.md
- generated-key-ideas.md
- generated-article-formal.md
- generated-article-direct.md
