This Skill automates the translation of Docusaurus content from English to Urdu, enabling faster creation and maintenance of multilingual textbook docs while preserving structure and formatting.

  • Translate Markdown content and frontmatter from English to Urdu, preserving markdown formatting and the Docusaurus i18n structure.
  • Localize UI strings by translating theme and plugin JSON files (e.g., i18n/ur/...).
  • Provide testing and deployment guidance to ensure the Urdu site works smoothly and the language switcher functions correctly.

Quick Start

Configure Urdu locale for your Docusaurus site and run the translation process, then start the local server to preview the Urdu site:

  • npm run write-translations -- --locale ur
  • npm start -- --locale ur
