What problem does it solve?

This skill updates the People docs by converting card reflections, code attribution, and role changes into current Roles, Responsibilities, Capabilities, Gaps, and Availability, ensuring the team state is accurately reflected in the records.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Extract learnings from reflections to refresh capabilities and knowledge gaps.
  • Analyze code ownership and contributions to update ownership metrics in people docs.
  • Sync availability and workload updates from project scans into the People entries.
  • Persist updates to the People docs with agent-identity commits for traceability.
  • Maintain evidence trail (card IDs, dates) for every change.

Quick Start

  • Update Pete's entry using a reflection from card BRIK-ENG-0001 and commit updates to both people.user.md and people.agent.md with agent identity.
