## What problem does it solve? This Skill ensures SDLC artifacts stay in sync with real implementation progress by automatically scanning code, analyzing commits, and updating the Planning Tracking Matrix (RTM) and progress reports.

## Core Features & Use Cases

  • Discover and organize artifacts in docs/ by module (Project Management, Business Analysis, Requirements, Architecture, Security, Quality, UX, Database, DevOps)
  • Analyze implementation state via code search, commit history, and RTM status
  • Update artifacts (statuses, checkboxes, and implementation notes) and reflect completions
  • Generate up-to-date progress reports and sync artifacts to Storybook

### Quick Start Run the update command after implementing work to synchronize artifacts with progress:

  • Inspect available docs/ artifacts in your project
  • Run the /sdlc:update workflow to refresh statuses
  • Generate and review the progress report, then sync with Storybook artifacts
