What problem does it solve?
This Skill addresses the chaos and mistrust arising from unstated or assumed norms by establishing a clear, universal agreement that all ecosystem participants must consent to, ensuring baseline commitments for accountability, processes, conflict resolution, stewardship, and sovereignty.
