What problem does it solve?
This Skill provides a unified planning layer that automatically routes planning tasks to the most appropriate execution path (spec-workflow or evolve PDCA), reducing decision friction and speeding up project delivery.

- Unified routing: Analyzes goals and routes to spec-workflow for large, complex features and to evolve PDCA for quick iterations.

- Manual override support: Supports --formal and --quick for explicit routing decisions and From Spec flows when continuing existing specs.
Quick Start
Execute a planning request and let the router decide:
- /plan implement authentication with OAuth
