This Skill helps translate BRD-driven requirements into structured user journeys through guided, choice-based interviews, ensuring alignment across use cases and user flows.

  • Journey graph creation: build a clear, traceable Journey Graph showing entry points, steps, jumps between journeys, and end states.
  • Cross-journey consistency: identify shared steps and harmonize error handling to avoid conflicts.
  • Output ready documents: generate a comprehensive User Journeys document that can feed PRD creation and stakeholder reviews.

Quick Start

  1. Load the BRD and initialize Phase 0 to capture context.
  2. Define Journey scope in Phase 1, then iteratively detail each Journey in Phase 2.
  3. Use Phase 3 to ensure cross-journey consistency and Phase 4 to output the User Journeys document.
