Quick Start

Drop your Jira backlog export into inputs/jira/ (CSV preferred), then run the triage-backlog skill to produce a report in outputs/ktlo/, e.g., outputs/ktlo/ktlo-triage-YYYY-MM-DD.md. Review the executive summary and top issues to guide planning.
