Uploads and stores Agent-generated files to Volcano Engine TOS and downloads input data from URLs to streamline sharing and processing.

- Upload files or entire directories to TOS and obtain signed URLs for files or a TOS path for directories.
- Download files from URLs to local storage prior to agent processing.
- Automatically create buckets if they do not exist and preserve directory structure during uploads.
Quick Start
