What We'll Build

• Protection Check: Are you helping or hurting these people?
• De-risking Plan: What to document, train, protect, and remove from their plates

De-risking Requirements

For each tiger team identified, we'll create a de-risking plan:

• Document: What knowledge needs to be written down so others can learn?
• Train: What skills need to be cross-trained?
• Protect: What should we protect - their time, autonomy, working style?
• Remove: What should we take off their plate so they don't burn out?

Output Options

• Tiger Team Map: Names, domains, patterns, relationships - the real org chart
• Risk Matrix: Key-person dependencies by severity and likelihood
• Action Plan: Specific de-risking actions for the top 5 risks
• Protection Recommendations: What to change in how you manage these people
