What problem does it solve?

The skill automatically synchronizes documentation across the three-tier structure to keep CLAUDE.md, CONTEXT.md, and docs/ai-context in lockstep after code changes.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Auto-syncs Tier 1 entry (CLAUDE.md) with Tier 2 CONTEXT.md and Tier 3 CONTEXTs.
  • Maintains size constraints (≤200 lines per document) and encourages consistent organization.
  • Scenario: after implementing a feature, refactor, or create new components, run the sync to update all relevant docs.
