What problem does it solve?

This Actuator tags production telemetry (logs, metrics, traces) with REQ-* keys to enable end-to-end traceability from incidents back to requirements and intent.

Core Features & Use Cases

Logs: Inject REQ-* identifiers into log events.
Metrics: Tag metrics with req:<REQ-ID>.
Traces: Attach REQ-* attributes to distributed traces for pinpoint debugging.

Quick Start

Instrument login() to emit logs, metrics, and traces tagged with REQ-USER-LOGIN-001.
