Quick Start

Set up two Telegram bots (OPS and Therapist), configure their tokens and group chat IDs in the config, and ensure APP_URL is defined. Implement a TelegramService to format and send messages via the Telegram Bot API, with robust error handling so failures do not disrupt business logic.
