What problem does it solve?
This Skill enables small teams to align quickly by guiding a 1.5-hour Team Huddle to capture vision, values, and wisdom.

Quick Start
- Gather 2-5 team members and a facilitator with a shared screen.
- Run through Activity 1 to capture Lightning Hopes, Activity 2 for Future Headlines, and Activity 3 for Values.
- Conclude with Activity 7 to preview the agent system and generate TEAM_CHARTER.md, PURPOSE.md, and knowledge files.
