What problem does it solve?

Project teams lose context as sessions end or shift, causing misalignment and wasted effort. This Skill provides a repeatable method to capture and persist strategy, aims, constraints, and patterns in a centralized AGENTS.md file and to surface Open Horizons framework guidance. The living context follows the project across sessions and tool changes.
