This skill coordinates and delegates the full TDD cycle (INIT to COMMIT) as PdM, enabling autonomous phase ownership.

Quick Start

Invoke the tdd-orchestrate skill to manage the full TDD cycle for a project. If CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS=1, the system will spawn teammates and run through all phases automatically; otherwise it will run in the subagent chain.
