What problem does it solve?

Maintains main CI-compliant branch by selectively syncing production-validated code from yolo with two-phase gating.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Phase 1 automatic: Creates WIP markers in main at 5% milestones
  • Phase 2 user-initiated: Syncs code after production validation with CI reconciliation
  • Reconciles yolo's code to meet main CI requirements (lint, build, validation)
  • Keeps status synchronization (STATUS_v2.md, progress-log.md)

Quick Start

  • Say "sync [module] to main" to create a WIP marker in main at the milestone.
  • After production validation, say "approve main sync" or "reconcile [module] with main" to perform Phase 2.
