What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the transfer of sprint backlog data from architecture blueprints into your chosen project-management tools, eliminating manual handoffs and ensuring alignment between planning and execution.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Automated backlog creation: Convert each user story from Section 15: Sprint Backlog into corresponding issues/tasks with priorities, story points, and acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-platform support: Push backlog to Linear, Jira, GitHub Issues, Asana, or ClickUp; create sprints/milestones and assign work.
  • Dependency and labeling: Apply labels (priority, sprint, type) and link dependencies between issues to reflect blueprint relationships.
  • Use Case: After blueprinting, run this Skill to auto-generate a ready-to-work backlog in your PM tool and kick off development.

Quick Start

Run the backlog sync command against your blueprint, for example: /architect:sync-backlog --platform=linear --team="Engineering"
