What problem does it solve?

Keeps SVK skills up-to-date by automatically detecting changes between installed versions and latest releases and reinstalling only the changed skills.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Detects updated skills by diffing installed_version against the latest git tag and planning selective reinstall.
  • Reinstalls only changed skills to minimize downtime and disruption.
  • Integrates with a local SVK repository tracked in .claude/svk-meta.json and runs each skill's install.sh during updates.

Run /SVK:update in your project to check for and install updated SVK skills.
