What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps teams reconcile implementation deltas logged in docs/deltas.md with the project's human-authored strategy documents by surfacing unresolved items, grouping them by theme, and driving a structured devil's advocate review to create an auditable rationale.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Devil's Advocate Review: Pose targeted, forward-looking challenges about how a delta affects success criteria, downstream codebooks, and verification plans.
  • Grouping & Contextualization: Aggregate unresolved deltas by decision theme and map them to affected strategy sections for focused review.
  • Disposition & Audit Trail: Support Incorporate, Acknowledge, or Defer outcomes, draft minimal edits for approval, and mark deltas resolved with recorded rationales in docs/deltas.md.
  • Use Case: Run after stage-gate crossings or when three or more unresolved deltas accumulate to ensure strategy consistency before starting a new codebook.

Run a strategy-sync review on docs/deltas.md and docs/strategy.md and present grouped deltas for my approval.
