What problem does it solve?

Storage health checks provide quick visibility into drive capacity, mount status, and space distribution across all drives, enabling proactive maintenance and fast diagnostics.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Drive map and mount status: list all drives with mount points and flag unmounted drives that should be mounted.
  • Capacity overview: summarize used, available, and percent used for each mounted drive, with alerts for high usage.
  • System drive: monitor boot drive capacity and flag when it is overly full.
  • Top space consumers: identify largest directories on the most-full drive to guide cleanup.
  • Apparent size vs. filesystem: compare apparent size vs filesystem-reported size to surface overhead or discrepancies.
