What problem does it solve?

This Skill turns raw per-status residency statistics into a focused, actionable chart so teams can quickly identify where work is getting stuck and quantify flow debt by workflow status.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Operational Whitelist Filtering: Includes only Upstream and Downstream statuses and excludes Demand and Finished tiers to avoid misleading scales.
  • Two-Panel Visualization: Top panel shows a chosen percentile (P50/P85/P95) per operational status and the bottom panel compares IQR vs Inner80 to reveal predictability and fat tails.
  • Interactive Controls & Stratification: Metric toggle (P50/P85/P95), color-by toggle (role/tier), and type toggles (Overall, Story, Bug, etc.) drive the rendered data; includes a tier summary table, top-bottleneck stat, tooltips, and legend.
  • Use Case: Identify the primary P85 bottleneck in a delivered-items dataset to prioritize process improvements and estimate local flow debt.
