This Skill acts as the primary entry point for the PSPO Agent, ensuring the correct configuration and guiding the user to the appropriate workflow based on the project's current state.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Configuration Detection: Automatically identifies the active remote provider (Trello, Notion, or local).
• Workflow Redirection: Seamlessly directs users to onboarding if setup is incomplete, or to the next logical step in the product development process.
• Use Case: When you first launch the PSPO Agent or after a configuration change, running /pspo-agent:start will either guide you through setting up Trello/Notion integration or directly present you with the next action, like analyzing a document or discovering new product ideas.
