This Skill automates status transitions of sprint tasks stored in internal/sprints/ACTIVE_SPRINT.toml, enforcing completion notes before marking complete.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Start Task: Move status from pending to in_progress when starting work.
  • Complete Task: Move in_progress to completed and add completed_date; enforces completion_notes presence (v2.0).
  • Defer Task: Mark in_progress as deferred with a reason.
