Convert scattered sprint documentation into a single, shareable card-style PDF per sprint so stakeholders can quickly review goals, wins, risks, metrics, and next steps without digging through multiple markdown files.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Automated Extraction: Scans sprint folders under docs/sprints for README.md, PRD.md, summary and completion files and extracts titles, headers, and bullet lists.
- Card-Based Layout: Organizes extracted content into 4–6 concise cards per sprint with a dark, high-contrast Pixel Detective-inspired theme.
- Flexible Output: Renders an HTML per sprint using a template and converts to A4 PDF with WeasyPrint when available, otherwise preserves the HTML for manual export.
- Use Case: Create a single sprint-11 summary PDF for distribution, or iterate over all sprint folders to generate a standardized archive of sprint recap PDFs.
Quick Start
Run the sprint-summary-pdf generator to create or update the SPRINT_SUMMARY_CARDS.pdf inside the targeted sprint folder.
