What problem does it solve?

Generate per-sprint narratives and evidence packs by mining git history and documentation to surface what changed, which files and docs were co-updated, and concise engineering and product receipts for any sprint folder.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Summarizes sprint anchor documents and produces a readable PERSPECTIVES.md narrative for each sprint.
• Discovers and ranks co-changed files and linked documentation, emits _linked_docs.json and _cochanged_files.json, and reports churn metrics and hotspots.
• Produces card-style HTML and optional PDF reports with optional Dev Graph enrichment and visuals for retrospectives, stakeholder updates, or post-sprint analysis.

Quick Start

Run the sprint-perspectives script for sprint-11 to generate PERSPECTIVES.md, _linked_docs.json, and _cochanged_files.json under docs/sprints/sprint-11.
