What problem does it solve?
Refine and standardize speaker notes embedded in MDX frontmatter by extracting key signals from headings, bullets, and paragraphs and organizing them into a consistent three-section format: Purpose, Talking Points, and Estimated Time.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Extract slide signals (headings, bullet lists, paragraphs) to generate a structured notes block with clear Purpose, Talking Points, and Estimated Time.
- Support two modes: fill missing sections or rewrite the entire notes; supports both dry-run and write modes.
- Provide a script (polish-notes.ts) that operates on decks under decks/, reports diffs, and can apply changes to MDX frontmatter.
Quick Start
Run the polish-notes.ts script against a target deck to generate and/or rewrite speaker notes in the MDX frontmatter.
